I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from your company regarding the purchase of my phone. The quality of the product did not meet my expectations, and the customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address my concerns. Additionally, your company refuses to refund me for the protective accessories I purchased for the phone, which are now useless since I had to buy a new phone from another company due to the lack of trust generated by your treatment. I expected a much better experience and I am disappointed with how you handle your customers. I will not be recommending your company to others.

Awful Im waiting for the order almost 2 weeks because the address was CORRECT and the store put the wrong address for the delivery and I'll have to do the payment without the product. Horrible
