I received it earlier than expected which was really good. Colour is beautiful too. The condition of it is really good as well. Barely any scratches that I could see even up close. Only very minor problem with the calendar because there were events on some days that were all in Japanese but I managed to delete them and now it is only my calendar events that's on there. So far the phone has been functioning the way it should be and I am one happy customer. Thank you Back Market!

I was hesitant on buying refurbished phone online but this website gave 30 days return which is good. Phone came very quickly via signature on delivery, I bought prestine condition and this is exactly what it looks like. No visible signs of scratch or damage anywhere, very happy with my purchase.

Very happy with my purchase! My Samsung S24 arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches at all. The battery health is above 90%, which is a great surprise. Everything is working perfectly so far, and I’m really satisfied with my phone

Delivery was first class. The phone was in immaculate condition as you advertised. My only problem is when cloned it with my other Oppo, a fair few apps are still in Chinese and as I can't read Chinese I will have to take it to a Chinese speaking mobile store to get them to remove all Chinese.

Phone is great. Haven't had a Samsung since the S9. Had a bunch of cheap Huawei's and Oppo's. The difference is night and day. Highly recommend getting a top a quality phone for less than half the cost

Phone was received very quickly in very good packaging. It appeared brand new, the battery performance is excellent, and the 128GB storage and 6MB RAM is wonderful. Back Market was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

My wife loves her phone , it is in great condition and works flawlessly, this is pur first time using Back market and purchasing a used phone , we will be purchasing 2 more newer phones very soon . The whole website was easy to use and being able to select the condition of phone was another great feature. After purchasing the phone we had regular updates and the phone came within a couple of days . Setting up the phone was easy and transferring data from her old phone went smoothly. She is extremely happy with her phone thankyou fir a great service and easy purchasing experience .

I paid for express post and the phone arrived exactly on time! The phone was classified as of excellent quality but it looked brand new! After transferring my data over from my old phone (check out videos on YouTube with regards how to do this with your own phone, beforehand), it did several downloads and reboots, updating it's own software. It did this many times but do persevere with this. It will complete it eventually. The phone functions perfectly and I have no issues with it whatsoever! Overall, it was an awesome experience! I had initial concerns about buying a refurbished phone but never again! After this, I will never buy a brand new phone again! Thank you Back Market for a great phone and excellent customer service! I will be back again for sure! Cheers!...
