When I unboxed the device, all was well! The charger included did not include an ending compatible with any USB charging bricks of mine but that is ok as i still appriciate the charger and have a spare. The phone was in great condition with not a scratch, dent or mark to be seen! The phone can run all software to its fullest. This is my reveiw for the first few days!

I am concerned that when I received the device it had not been factory reset and there were a number of apps on the phone. In addition it seems to be an Asian version as the phone manual and the NFC function are in an Asian language - why is this if this phone has been properly inspected and certified for resale. Is this phone safe to use in Australia???

This was my first time buying a second-hand item, so I was quite nervous, but when the product arrived, it looked absolutely lovely. Both the screen and the body are free of scratches and look just like new. It works perfectly too. I was upgrading from an iPhone 13 mini, and transferring my data using the dedicated app went very smoothly; I’m now free from being tied to the iPhone ecosystem.

It was in very clean condition without a single scratch. The cable was included in the package and was very helpful. However, the LCD film was not included and I had a lot of trouble applying it myself.
