After 2 weeks i knew there was issue with the purchase. Despite trying to make contact I was informed i had to wait another 2 weeks until anything could even be initiated to investigate the failed delivery. Waited a month, the package never arrived and when raised with customer support I was simply sent a handful of forms to fill out to try and get a replacement or my money back. While I acknowledge this is more likely a fault of the courier it has been a terrible experience and poor customer support.
