Happily my Galaxy S22 Ultra arrived within a week of my order and it didn't disappoint. This is the first top model phone I have purchased albeit a refurbished one with some minor shallow scratches, which are not visible when it is turned on. Apart from that, the phone works well. Once it was set up with my SIM card, it was easy to use and at the price it's a real bargain for a top-notch mobile phone. I'm very glad I bought it. Best regards to the Back Market team. George

The phone works fine, after the initial hiccups of the phone service dropping out randomly and trouble shooting that, it has been 100 percent as good as I could expect it to be. This is the second phone I have bought from backmarket now, the first was for my daughter and that one has been perfect too, I will continue to purchase my phones when needed from backmarket until I have a reason not to, but so far its all good.

It was my first time buying a refurbished phone and really only did so on a recommendation. I have to say I am now the one doing the recommending. It's a great phone and it was at my door in days. Setting up and transferring everything over was so easy. I'm excited!!!
