The phone arrived when you said it would. If I didn’t know any different I would think it was a new phone and not a refurbished phone. The only little niggle I have is the life of the battery but then I didn’t expect it to last very long anyway. I am very much enjoying using my “new” phone.

The iPhone I purchased was described as being in GOOD condition so I was expecting some acceptable wear and tear, the phone has arrived and it's in MINT condition. OAP here so wanted the cheapest but as new as possible, this iPhone SE (2020) was at a great price. Fair condition meant it had a couple of very faint marks on the back, 2 corners were lightly scuffed and the front was perfect. It will live in a case anyway. The perfect purchase for me and I will shop here again.
