The phone arrived when you said it would. If I didn’t know any different I would think it was a new phone and not a refurbished phone. The only little niggle I have is the life of the battery but then I didn’t expect it to last very long anyway. I am very much enjoying using my “new” phone.

This is the first time I've bought a refurbished iPhone so naturally I had some misgivings. The iPhone I purchased was described as being in GOOD condition so I was expecting some acceptable wear and tear, the phone has arrived and it's in MINT condition. I was initially sent the wrong model and it took quite a while to return it and get a new one delivered. Ultimately the phone I got was great quality with very good battery life left, and the Customer Support process was very easy and they communicated well. My negative review is only really related to how long it took to rectify the first error and get the correct phone into my hands.
