This was my first purchase, but as the ‘A’ grade was more expensive than brand-new budget models, I opted for the ‘B’ grade without hesitation. The device itself had no fine scratches on either the screen or the back, the battery was at 100 per cent, and transferring my iPhone data via iTunes on my PC went smoothly—I felt it was a very high-quality refurbished item. If I decide to buy one again, I’ll certainly choose Grade B once more. I’ve given it 4 stars because the quality of the protective glass screen protector supplied wasn’t particularly good; it didn’t fit the 3D curvature of the iPhone 16e’s screen perfectly, leaving small air bubbles in the four corners that took about a week to disappear.
