Very happy with the service from Back Market; the process was very easy, ordering and postage very quick. The phone condition was almost flawless as expected, it was running latest iOS which made transfer from previous phone easy and battery health was 100% - I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Great condition and service, but iPhone had shaded screen protector attached which means that the screen appears dark when viewed from an angle. Looks like a privacy screen attachement glued on. Not worth the hassle of returning and receiving a replacement, I’ll remove it myself at some point. Just a bit annoying.

My IPhone arrived as described. Despite complaints of battery performance I am able to get 2 full days as I am not a heavy user or have battery draining games on my phone . Fully recommend to anyone else to get this phone if your just looking for a phone that handles the basics without breaking the bank.

few scratches here and there for the “excellent„ option, but they are easily hidden so it’s ok. the battery is also kind of whack, but honestly i’m not complaining it’s overall a very good phone and i would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking into buying a refurbished phone.

That's my second iPhone bought on Back Market and yes, it almost feels like a new one. I had a few scratches around the camera on this new one which i was not expecting as last time i bough in Excellent condition it was really like new. I guess this is always a bit of luck on what they have in stock. Anyway, great product!

It’s great! Just like having a brand new phone without all the packaging. Only tiny downside was that I was sent the incorrect charging cable but that doesn’t matter because my house is filled with cables !
