iPhone 13 mini 512GB - Starlight - Unlocked

I was looking for an alternative to purchasing a new phone ( I wanted a Iphone 13 mini) as I did not want to go into a plan with a CSP. I discovered Back Market (B.M) online, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I am very happy I did. My phone is working wonderfully well and I would say give them a go if you are interested in an alternative to buying new. The phone I chose, looks like new at half the cost. The process was very easy and I had my phone delivered within a few days. Based on my experience I will certainly look to doing this again, when the need arises.

My iPhone mini arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. The service was great and I am so glad I was able to get a refurbished phone rather than a new one. Highly recommend.

This is my first refurbished phone, so the jury is still out. Apple says they can’t recognise the screen or the battery, so possibly not genuine Apple parts. Screen freezes occasionally, have to exit and try again, works so far. Overall ok. Considering the price of new Apple phones, I’m still ok with buying a refurbished phone. The condition of the phone was spot on. Delivery was on time. It’s only been a couple of weeks, at this point I’m still a customer of backmarket.

Really happy with the quality and condition of the phone. Ordered an excellent condition phone and it was exactly that. Have had no problems in Australia with the phone whatsoever. Very pleased and will use this company again.
