Ordered iphone 128gb Red from back market. Received a cosmetically great iphone with a japanese sales region. No issue there. Phone shipped via CellAPhone. No issues there. But 81% battery health and face id not working. Have tried to get in contact but navigating the help system on back market is frustrating and full off “oops..we can’t help you “ screens. Please help me. Thanks.

I returned the phone, because is was defaulter, for over a month now and just after telling me, all good we will proceed with the refund i have no answer. No answer after 5 messages and i'm without phone and without this money since more than a month. Any explactation?????

Issues after 1 week. Black screen. Wont turn on. Been trying to speak to someone now for 5 days and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

機種：iPhone 12 mini 256GB - ホワイト グレード：C バッテリー：87% 購入先：KIRIN MOBILE 購入価格：42,000円 外装にはカメラレンズに少々傷がある程度で他は目立った傷はありませんでした。 画面右上のバッテリー残量表示部付近に少々傷がありましたが、液晶保護フィルムを貼るとほとんど目立たない程度のもので、使用上問題ありませんし、特に気になるものでもありません。 おそらくCグレードの理由は画面上の傷によるものだと思いますが、バッテリーの状態も許容範囲でしたし、おまけにガラス製液晶保護フィルムも付属していたため、大変良い買い物が出来ました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

サブ機の機種変（SE3⇒12mini）として購入。B商品だったがほぼ新品。本当に細かい傷のみで驚いた。なによりビビったのはバッテリー容量。エラーか？と思うが「100%」。メイン機が13mini（86%）なのでメイン機から同期してもよかったレベル…。あんまり褒めるレビュー多いから半信半疑でしたが、アタリを引いたら爆アドですね…。あと、木曜に購入して金曜に届きました。これも最高。返品もできるようですし迷ってたら利用していいと思います。
