5/5I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.
