The phone is in perfect condition. Not one small scratch or dead pixel. I cant believe how good this phone is

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition as advertised "premium"

Everything good. No scratches or swirls anywhere on the device, battery life was normal (according to phone system diagnosis). Better than my last order - Samsung S23 Ultra, which had a very tiny scratch on one of the cameras and some dirt inside the phone's pen case/housing. Battery life for both was normal. Not much else to say.

Ordered 'good' condition from apparently a reputable seller, but screen came heavily scratched and screen been repaired in certain areas meaning massive air bubble with a screen protector on so finger print scanner doesn't work. I could have returned it but got a $60 partial refund instead as such a muck around trying to return, rebuy, transfer all my stuff again. Customer service was good but only a $60 refund is poor.

I'm glad I chose Back Market. As an 80-year-old, it was my first time choosing a smartphone model myself, and my first time buying a used one. I also didn't know about Back Market and was anxious, but when I had AI evaluate an article about Back Market, it said, "If these conditions are met with Back Market, it's a buy," and I decided to purchase. Not only the quality of the purchased item, but also Back Market's reliability, I believe the AI's judgment was correct.
