My experience has been absolutely fantastic, I thought I had an issue with my purchase so I requested for support and within a few hours I got a response, however I later figured out that it wasn't an issue with my purchase it was just me not not knowing how to use the item and despite me taking forever to get back to the support team they were super supportive and helpful throughout this whole ordeal. So yes I will must definitely be shopping here again and I have already told many people about this site and how amazing they are.

Great service easy purchase

The console was great, no marks of any kind that I could see. The controller however, was unusable. The start/option button wasn't working, and either did the triangle button or the R1 and R2 triggers. Forced me to go buy a brand new controller, since I couldn't be bothered going through all the BS of sending it back and getting a new one.

Paid for excellent condition $580 got given a slip that stated “Good condition”, had aftermarket Blue remote, and the USBC cable was for a PS4 and not a PS5 so had to buy a cord to even link the remote.
