The edges of the two cameras have many scratches. The speaker left to the front camera is dirty as hell. And the battery is not an original IPhone battery. I bought an iPhone in excellent condition. The iphone that I got is definitely not in excellent condition. What are we gonna do about that? Prime reduction? New iPhone?

I don’t even understand how they can sell a phone like this. They don’t even check the phone before sending. Nothing works properly, the camera, the charger, the battery, the body itself was broken… I lost 400 dollars for nothing.

The package was delivered very late and I was no longer at the address. When I got back a week later to open the package the whole back of the phone was cracked and damaged. I informed them immediately of this issue, it was 'too late' as it wasn't within 3 days of delivery, even though the only reason I couldn't open the package immediately after delivery was because it was delivered significantly later than I was told.

Hi Greg, Can you please contact me on 04 32 666 836. The two top rows of screen do not respond to touch. Only the inferior part of the phone responds... I thought it could be the protective screen I got professionally put on but it does not make sense as touch screen is operational everywhere but not on the top part. Please assist in this matter.
