    works perfectly, no complaints whatsoever on the condition of the phone or how it works! honestly exceeded my expectations and will definitely be using the back market again, refurbished is the way to go (+you can't beat the price tbh)! my only complaint is just of my own fault, i should have done better research on the phone specs because the zoom etc isn't phenomenal quality 😅 but it definitely does the job! 10/10 refurbished phone.

    bought this phone for my wife as her existing iPhone 8 had a battery capacity of 82%. Although the condition of the new one is very good battery max is 88%. She's charging it twice a day, like the old one. I should have had a new battery on her existing mobile phone and saved $100+ and given the refurb iPhone SE 2020 I bought (which arrived with non functioning volume +/- buttons) is dead after 16 months I feel I have wasted the best part of $400. So I don't currently feel like telling people what a great money saving idea a refurbished iPhone is. We've been a customer in the UK and Australia for some seven years now too.

    Hello, unfortunately the battery is running out in about 5 hours so I’m a bit disappointed in that but it’s a cheap phone and it works fine so it’ll make a good back up phone once I buy another. If I buy another phone from you ( iPhone 12 or 13) is there any guarantee that the battery will last an acceptable amount of time?
