    Poor battery life, cheap refurbishment. Have been using BackMarket for years. Never had a poor quality refurb like it. Such a pity. Had to pay out of own pocket for battery upgrade (back of phone was peeling off) to a few months old phone.

    Within days the phone I ordered was falling apart, the glue holding the back cover on had failed (I didnt know mobiles were glued together) and the back cover was falling off. It is currently held on with tape. To date Back Market havent been helpful in resolving the problem to my satisfaction.
