It's a Christmas present for my daughter, so it hasn't been tested much besides making sure it turned on , charged and I could use a sim card, its a USA version of the phone so it had verizon stuff on it, so I had to check to make sure it worked in Australia. After Christmas and it has been used more I may update my review depending on how it goes. So far so good though.

Screen looks brand new. Works well. The only issue is I can't get rid of the inbuilt apps from the former telco provider. It wasn't removed before selling to me. I keep getting pop ups telling me my SIM card is not "Verizon Wireless".

These phones run Verizon firmware which contains a nag that a non-Verizon sim is being used. You'd need to root your phone to remove this. Despite this, the network configuration works OK in Australia. This really should be declared upfront, as it's not in the spirit of refurbishment to deal with inappropriate firmware.
