The phone I ordered arrived promptly. Super condition. My problem now is to transfer data etc from the old Motorola Android to the Apple.

This is the second phone I have had from Back Market that has had issues. This phone did not work when it arrived, there were issues with the touch screen. It was sent back for repair and returned leaving me without a phone (which I was using for work) during that period. Four weeks later and the phone touchscreen isn't responding again coupled with deterioration of sound quality which is really poor. I now need to wait for back market to pick up and respond to my messages. I would like my money back please. You sold me a phone that is suppose to be in full working order which clearly isn't.

very disappointing, after waiting longer than initially told, iphone was an American model with no provision for my sim card, even though phone came with a sim card removal tool!!! i believe you need an e sim for these phones, my service provider Aldi does not do e sims.
