I ordered my iphone 14, grade excellent. It came within the time frame. It was well packaged and at first glance there were no scratches etc., to be seen. On top of that the battery health is 100%. It was in as new condition. So far I am really pleased with my purchase, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Back Market.

Well packaged and all items needed to be able to connect and play. No weird noises or anything that would make me think it wasn't a new unit, was very quiet and did everything it should do, I was very impressed with how good the graphics were on my TV, huge upgrade to the last Console I bought my Children back in the 90's :)

Absolutely perfect for my needs!. The Air is quite a lot lighter to carry around which is important to me as when my old Pro was in the zip case, along with the charging cable, mouse etc it was surprisingly heavy. I cannot find fault with anything regarding this unit. I am an older user who takes my Mac with me when visiting and the price of this unit meant I could replace my Pro without the enormous expense of a new unit. THANK YOU.

Arrived quickly. A button on the remote was not working, however the customer service team was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped resolve the issue quicker than I could have asked for. The IPhone 13pro was well packaged and delivered promptly. Communication was very good with frequent updates on delivery progress. The phone itself operates flawlessly and presents as new. Very pleaeed with the overall experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced like-new phone without the new price.

Second time using Back Market and it has been great both time. Device is in great condition, looks pretty much new. The phone itself has been mostly good, only issue is that it gets quite hot - even doing pretty simple tasks. It is particularly bad given the high temps here so maybe won't be such an issue in winter?

I love everything about this phone. It looks brand new and works perfectly. I would highly recommend buying reconditioned items from Back Market.

Good price and quick delivery. Console runs normally, though the controller did have an issue where the middle touch pad came loose after a week of no issues because some of the clips holding it down had snapped - easily fixed with some super-glue to the pins but buyers be aware that parts sent may be hiding poor condition inside. Otherwise everything is great!
