I have purchased three iPhones, and a iPad Mini (6th gen) from Backmarket and every device has been beautifully presented, capably restored and in identical condition to the product descriptions. I have used other sellers of refurbished items before, but now I don't bother. I go directly to Backmarket - with great confidence.

My previous iPhone got a severe damage on its screen - it wasn't operatable. So I really needed a new phone immediately. Even I order a standard delivery by mistake, it arrived in 2 days! Thank you for that. I have a bad experience to purchase a refurbished iPhone before. The iPhone from Back Market is good quality and reasonable priced.

Received an iPhone 13 arrived quickly. Works well. I thought it wasn’t charging at first but turned out to be my plug. I am getting used to iOS have always been an android girl. I am not a fan but I guess like all changes I will get used to it!

Amazing product for the price! I did order it over the weekend and came in on the estimated date. In immense condition for being a refurbished device. Was a dream to buy from this company. You get a few options to choose from as to the quality, gb etc. Delivery was very quick even though I was told there would be a delay due to cyclone Alfred. There was no delay. I bought this for my son and he's very happy with it. I'm very impressed in the quality, delivery and professionalism of this company and would not hesitate to buy again. My Apple iPhone 13 with I think it’s 128 memory was like brand-new hasn’t a single mark on it very happy with my purchase very good phone. I did have an iPhone 7 upgraded to the 13. excellent value for money with a 12 month warranty.

My new Back Market Phone is amazing. I did read the reviews before I purchased the phone and they were positive however you never know until you receive your phone. I am very happy with the condition and battery. I have been O/S since the purchase as we know if anything is going to go wrong it would be when you have no back up. All was perfect. Hi I upgraded from a iPhone XS that I bought from you to a iPhone 13 and I am very happy, I bought the iPhone XS from you but the earpiece was very crackley, I sent it back to be repaired but it came back still the same, I thought I would give you another chance, that is why I got the iPhone 13, and I am happy with this one, Pete.
