    Super fast delivery and Phone was in superb condition with no scratches or dents of any kind. I would call it brand new if not for the battery which is at 89%, really good for a refurbished phone. 5* service.

    Pretty good - I bought a "Very Good" white iPhone 13 mini and received a white iPhone 13 Mini with 87% battery health. Unlike a competitor whose name starts with B, who sent me a Blue iPhone 13 Mini with 83% battery health when I ordered a White "As New" phone for over $100 more than I paid Back Market, then sneakily deducted $110 from my purchase price when I returned it after 3 weeks of avoidance, denials and mis-statements - the whole transaction was dishonest on their part to say the least. BackMarket sent me what I ordered and paid for and that's a good start.

    I’ve had my phone for about a month now, it’s working great! Absolutely no issues. Came in perfect condition and, as a side note, the packaging was cute. Very much recommend, cheaper and (much) more eco friendly than purchasing from tech companies.

    The phone is flawless, looks and feels brand new, no scratches or any visible damage. Battery health was on 93% which was pretty good. One bad thing was the packaging, the phone was put in a box with no bubble wrap so it just rattled around in it. But overall very impressed with its quality.

    Im happy with this order but there are two problems, they are both minor so I am still very satisfied. The first very minor problem was the scratches on the camera but its renewed so thats expected. The second problem is minor right now but could potentially get bigger, whenever i shake the phone i hear something moving around inside. Not sure what it is so it might not be that big of a problem.

    The phone meets the Good condition description perfectly; screen and back glass are pristine but there are some body scratches you could see from a metre away. No worries, put a case on and it looks brand new. Battery came about 88% maximum capacity which isn’t bad for a phone of this age, it still gets me through the day. Latest iOS doesn’t seem to lag so hopefully I’ll get a few years out if this device yet. Postage was quick as promised!

    The phone looked almost brand new apart from the dust in the dust around the camera module and a cotton ball in the changing port. Got 92% battery which is nice, ordered The excellent version so that should be a given. Overall happy with the purchase but can be patchy considering some bad reviews as well. My phone is great but that doesn’t mean guaranteed quality assurance as this platform has thurd party players listing devices. Would recommend but keep in mind the risks

    Unbelievable service and product! Ordered at 6pm, arrived the next day. iPhone was immaculate, could not find a scratch (and trust me I looked) and battery was 90%. Why would you buy new and go anywhere else!🙂🇦🇺
