I had been putting off getting a new phone for more than two years as it was still working and I hate waste, and I definitely don’t need the latest and greatest tech to get by. I then came across Back Market. The reviews were good and thought I would give it a go…and it has been the best thing ever! Now the wife wants one 😝 The phone works as expected and no noticeable marks or scratches etc. it is a massive improvement on my old iPhone 7. Happy days 👍

I had fingers crossed that the phone was going to be as described. It was fantastic! It’s a brand new phone. The battery is like new and I can’t fault it. Great phone, great service and a pretty good price for what was delivered. This is one very happy customer and I highly recommend Backmarket to anyone else based on my experience.

Excellent product. Easy to transfer my data across and swap SIM card over. This phone takes great photos. Really like all the text and image size options. Great to be able to crop photos on phone too…old phone not up to the task. Very helpful sellers. Quick delivery. Many thanks!

Bit dubious about this phone. While it looks in great condition, the system software told me three parts were not apple parts and needed repair which the internal software appears to have done. While being attached to a car charger the screen randomly changes meaning it can't be used for navigation while charging. Wish I hadn't bought it.

Received a different colour to what I ordered, and there was no charging cable included in the box which was disappointing. Took a few days back and forth with support, but to their credit they were quick to offer abd process a 10% refund and $15 credit for the missing charger cable.

Quality was better than expected. There is 0 damage to the device, the only way you can tell it’s refurbished is a lower battery health. 10/10 and I definitely would shop here again.

The phone is in the exact condition they said it would be online, very happy with the iPhone. Although the delivery did take an extra few days unfortunately
