I ordered an IPhone 12 which has no scratches on it what so ever, so pleased with that. Bit disappointed however as battery capacity is only 85%. Bought one in ‘excellent condition’ as thought battery capacity might be 100%. Still can’t complain though as was an excellent price and very fast delivery.

I ordered an iPhone 12 on Sunday evening and received a.message to call Back Market on the Monday afternoon. They advised that the colour I had ordered (purple) wasn’t available, however it could come in that evening. I was given the option to wait until the next day upon which they called back to advise I could choose a different colour or receive a full refund. I chose another colour and it arrived the next day via express post. A bit disappointed that the colour I originally ordered was not available, however fantastic customer service by Back Market. The phone condition was excellent with battery at 100% capacity. Screen in as new condition and also the casing had no visible marks. Would definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

I am very satisfied with my first time experience to purchase an iPhone 22 from Backmarket. Not only was it delivered earlier than expected but the refurbished item came with a 100% battery health. Kudos, backmarket! Will come back for more.

Returning customer. Prompt delivery, good price and the phone is in very good condition. Battery 100%. I would have liked more protective packaging in the mailer box, but apart from that it is an excellent service that I will definitely use again.

Very happy with the phone and the service. Someone always answer the phone when I need them and they called me as well when there was a mixup with the colours but all sorted all perfect ended up getting two phones.

This is the second phone we have purchased from back market, my daughter still has her phone that works brilliantly and now my son has a new phone. I would recommend back market 100% thanks for the fabulous phones guys! We will be back.

Easy to navigate website, order arrived on time, 2 phones were exactly as presented on website. My friend and I had both usually purchased late model phones on some scheme or another provided by a major telco; by purchasing a few models behind, with Back Market we have certainly saved thousands (yep, thousands).

Really happy with what was received, the smallest dint on the top which was covered by a case. The battery health was at 81% which is at the lower end of battery health that I'd like, but that is what you get when getting a refirub. Wish cases were also sold as an add on - maybe they were just wasn't obvious.
