5/5My wife loves her phone , it is in great condition and works flawlessly, this is pur first time using Back market and purchasing a used phone , we will be purchasing 2 more newer phones very soon . The whole website was easy to use and being able to select the condition of phone was another great feature. After purchasing the phone we had regular updates and the phone came within a couple of days . Setting up the phone was easy and transferring data from her old phone went smoothly. She is extremely happy with her phone thankyou fir a great service and easy purchasing experience .

4.8/5Second time using Back Market and it has been great both time. Device is in great condition, looks pretty much new. The phone itself has been mostly good, only issue is that it gets quite hot - even doing pretty simple tasks. It is particularly bad given the high temps here so maybe won't be such an issue in winter?
