Hello. Firstly, I'm 65 years old which means I'm from the pre-mobile phone generation. I decided to buy this phone to replace my Nokia 2.3 ( which was not functioning properly.) This new phone improves on it in every way. The screen resolution is much better, the display is easier to see in sunlight etc. etc. I opted for the premium version and the phone looks just like a brand new one. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this phone. Thank you.

Now, that is what I call prompt service. I placed my order at 1:00PM on the 11th of June. Response notification advised delivery in up to four days (I presumed "business days". Today is the 13th of June. This morning I received a post-office notice advising there was a parcel t be picked up. Being one that usually has the dirty end of the stick, I struggled to see what the late delivery was (quelling and expectations). My order was undamaged and true to their word, it is hard to say that pre-loved items are not worth it. The next order will be to Back Market - without hesitation. Given time for packaging and posting, having it arrive two days later was FANTASTIC!!! Am I happy - you bet-ya. It is a bit hard to see why some others have had problems. My honest opinion is that Back Market are have set a very high bench-mark and have gone beyond. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Item was as per advertised. I didn't realise it was an ex AT&T phone so it has there apps on it that cannot be uninstalled. Regardless, the phone works, is in good condition, and is unlocked for use in Australia

I bought a Excellent condition Samsung S21+. When it arrived the screen had a few prominent scratches on the screen plus alot of other minor scratches only to be told i had been sent a fair condition phone. Yes i could of sent it back but you didnt have what i wanted in stock. I was offered a $40 refund which i took but considering the phone i bought was $380 and Fair was only $308 maybe the refund should of been a little bit more and i did ask.The process to contact was smooth and easy. The person was very helpful. Just be careful with what is being sent
