It was almost as good as new and in beautiful condition. I was a bit worried because it was from 2011, but it works perfectly fine. I thought at first that the battery type was batteries... but even if I use it outside, I don't have to worry about it running out of charge as long as I buy batteries, and I think it is better than the rechargeable battery type because it is harder to wear out and can be used for a longer period of time.
