Good product all functions work well very happy with this phone

First of all, it looks so good you’d never guess it’s second-hand; you could easily mistake it for a brand-new purchase. And, above all, compared to the iPhone XS I used before, the screen is larger and much easier to read. The battery life is also excellent. It charges quickly and has a long battery life. The storage has gone from 64GB to 256GB, so I can now download any game apps I want without a second thought – something I used to hesitate over – which is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and I’m thoroughly satisfied; I’m enjoying a very comfortable smartphone experience.

I found out that the product was no longer available in the shop and came across a refurbished product. This was my first purchase and I was relieved that it arrived on time for delivery. There are no problems with the product at all - I don't know if 95% battery is appropriate after a year of use, but it is in good enough condition for use. The exterior scratches are not a concern, rather the fact that I don't have to worry about buying new and getting minor scratches is a plus. 1 year warranty is great as it gives me the same peace of mind as if I had bought new.

I didn't hesitate too much to buy it because I had bought it before and I trusted this place. I feel safe here. It was actually beautiful and I was a bit surprised that the battery was 100% when I bet that since it had just come out, it wouldn't deteriorate too much. I would buy here again.

Almost new, just not in the Apple box (not obvious to the uninitiated) No glitches so far. Thank you very much.
