4.9/5I first heard about Back Market whilst travelling in Europe very recently. My very old iPhone SE (2020) was slowly dying making my travelling very complicated. Upon my return home, I ordered a reconditioned iPhone 16e in "Fair" condition. It looks brand new!!! Not even a blemish. It is doing everything I could wish for and need as well as many other co-benefits that I wasn't aware of, that save me time and make life easier. I'm over the moon that I saved a lot of money whilst NOT buying a new iPhone and also reducing more electronic waste and redundancy. Win, win, win! I want everyone to know about the ernormous benefits of Back Market, its services and its benefits for the planet. I am thankful to them and what they have done to create this market, especially down here in Australia.

5/5I upgraded from an iPhone 12 that I had used for 5 years. Since it was a B-grade item, I was a bit nervous, thinking that even if there were minor scratches, I'd put a cover on it, so it wouldn't be a problem. However, when I received the item, it was in such beautiful condition that I couldn't tell why it was B-grade. I couldn't find a single scratch anywhere, so I would have believed it if someone told me it was brand new. It also came with a glass film and a data transfer cable, so I was able to start using it right away. Thank you for such a great product! I hope to use it for a long time!

5/5There was something like a scratch on the top right of the screen, but it's not noticeable when the screen is active, and once it's in a double-sided case, you can't tell at all. The battery was at 100% with few charge cycles, and even with a limited warranty, there was still some coverage left, so it was a good purchase. I'll take good care of it.

The iPhone 16e steps up as Apple’s 2024 addition to the iPhone lineup, blending familiar design with some much-anticipated upgrades. While not Apple’s headline flagship, this model sits right in the sweet spot for folks who want a solid daily driver with up-to-date tech—without needing every bell and whistle. Being just a year old as of 2025, the iPhone 16e still packs plenty of modern features for most users.
Key features:- Release Date: September 2024
- Display: 6.1-inch OLED, Super Retina XDR
- Processor: Apple A18 chip
- Camera: Dual 48MP rear cameras with improved low-light and Smart HDR
- Operating System: Ships with iOS 18
- Connectivity: 5G, Wi‑Fi 6E, and ultra-wideband (UWB) support
- Build: Aluminum and glass design with Ceramic Shield front
The iPhone 16e is a straightforward pick for users who want Apple’s stable performance and security but don’t need (or want to pay for) the flagship extras of the Pro lineup. It’s great for students, everyday users, or anyone upgrading from a device that’s a few years old—think folks coming from an iPhone 13, 14, or even SE series. Compared to the iPhone 16 Pro, the 16e skips the triple-camera system and ProMotion display, but still offers a reliable, all-round iPhone experience with the latest processor and camera basics done right.
Pros & Cons:| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Latest-generation A18 chip gives effortless performance for apps, gaming, and multitasking. | No telephoto lens—digital zoom is your only friend here. |
| Crisp OLED display with vibrant colors and brightness. | Standard 60Hz refresh rate—no ProMotion for silky scrolling. |
| 5G and Wi-Fi 6E mean fast and future-ready connections. | Still uses traditional Face ID—no under-display camera (yet?). |
| Lightweight and durable build with Ceramic Shield. | No always-on display or titanium finish found in Pro models. |
