The phone was never shipped. I cancelled the order and got a refund.

Very good.

The conclusion was that it was a 'hit'. (1) The display surface is completely intact. No problems with the display. (2) The back of the case was also intact, but had some kind of stain-like pattern on it. It is thought to be a mark from the case attachment, but there is no problem as it is on the back of the case to begin with. However, I was interested in how this kind of stain could be removed, so I tried a few tests. Alcohol disinfection cloths didn't work, and anhydrous ethanol faded it a little. (3) The battery was judged to be good as it lasted 12 hours of video playback from a full charge. (4) Other things, such as the camera, Bluetooth and earphones, are working without any problems. After payment on Monday, I received it within two days and was satisfied with it, with no noticeable damage. After a month of purchase, I could no longer communicate with the SIM (possibly due to upgrading my Android), and after chatting with them, they replaced it free of charge.

After purchase, the product was delivered earlier than the expected date, which was helpful. The product is beautiful and currently works without any complaints. It was a good purchase.

I bought the same phone for my child as the one I use and I'm really very happy with it, it's really on the same level as a new phone

Five months after I bought it, it suddenly stopped turning on and I am in the process of getting a full refund as it cannot be repaired. I am sorry to hear that used products are as I thought. It's a shame because I lost all my data, no backups or anything because of the sudden situation.
