Very poor. Was sent the wrong phone. The response was slow, no urgency to resolve issue. Returned the phone to only be told that there was no available Pixel 9 Pro XL. Sure, I got my refund but I was without a phone now for 2 weeks. The only thing I got was a $15 coupon that expires in 1 month. Never shopping with them again.
