When I chose to pay for the purchase at a convenience store instead of using a credit card, I felt it was a hassle as they only handled cash. Initially, I was concerned that the goods did not arrive on time. I could not communicate directly with Black Market via Yahoo email, but when I logged onto the Black Market website, I was able to communicate directly with them. The colour I wanted was out of stock, so I bought another colour. With the cover on, the colour of the unit is not particularly important. I requested the cleanest rank and received an item that looked like new. There were no problems with use and I was able to move the data by myself. It was the first time for me to buy a refurbished phone and I was worried about a lot of things, but I would definitely use them again.

I feel that the battery charge runs out quickly (to the extent that it needs to be charged every day), but this is not a problem as it is solved by recharging. The appearance is at a level where you can't tell where the scratches are even if you look for them. I feel that I am happy to have purchased it here.

However, the cable that came with the service broke within a day and I was disappointed that I could not charge it, but I have a previous one so it is not a problem.

The device was getting hot and the screen was turning green... and changing colour. A search showed that many similar problems were seen, so I took action as per the remedies I found on the internet. At the moment it has improved, but I am concerned about support in case similar problems arise in the future.

Once PASMO was not recognised at the automatic ticket gates. We have therefore dropped one rating. After turning the power off and on, the problem was solved. Since then, I have been able to use it without recurrence and am satisfied.
