These phones run Verizon firmware which contains a nag that a non-Verizon sim is being used. You'd need to root your phone to remove this. Despite this, the network configuration works OK in Australia. This really should be declared upfront, as it's not in the spirit of refurbishment to deal with inappropriate firmware.
