This is my third refurbished one, it was my first PC, but it started up and ran fast with the SSD replacement, windows was pro version, nothing to say. It also comes with the business version of office, and it was so clean that I couldn't tell which part was a B grade. I was also surprised that it had a numeric keypad, which I thought it didn't have. I would definitely use them again.
