I specifically bought a phone model that supports eSIM because I'm traveling overseas but they sent me a model that doesn't support it (SCG01). I tried contacting customer service but you can only do it following their specific prompts that ends in 'refund or repair', no phone line or email. I already transferred all my information to the phone and am overseas so I can't just send it back for a refund or I'd be without a phone. Very frustrating situation.
