    I ordered an ‘excellent’ grad iPad and recieved one covered in dents and scratches, had it plugged in for hours and couldn’t get it to charge fully. Was offered multiple times a $80 refund then they refunded me $76 claiming it’s because I got a discount when I ordered. They also charge $15 extra for express shipping even tho you will still get express shipping if you pick the free standard option
