    Purchased 3x iPads as Christmas presents for the kids and was very happy when they got delivered, exactly what I paid for, very happy with them. The delivery took a bit longer than advertised, I don't think that necessarily think it was the sender, just the time of year and being located on the other side of the country. Have recommended Back Market to a few friends and would purchase items again from this site

    I purchased a refurbished ipad 9.7. The GPS did not work which is required to run the navigation app I purchased said ipad for. The battery drained out like minutes in an hour glass. I spent countless hours trying to contact back market to discuss matter with no success. DO NOT BUY from this company!
