The delivery took a bit longer than advertised, I don't think that necessarily think it was the sender, just the time of year and being located on the other side of the country. I purchased a refurbished ipad 9.7. The GPS did not work which is required to run the navigation app I purchased said ipad for. The battery drained out like minutes in an hour glass.
