    Well, the first one went for a splat on the pavers outside n broke the glass, so I asked around n found out that the screen isn't covered by warranty n the cheapest way out of it is to buy another phone so I have a new phone n a cover for it. I love the Oppo phone. I'm a bit worried about no charger included or the missing sim tool but just lucky I still have these things from my old phone. Anyway that is all Thank you.

    I won't lie I was kinda unsure if I should buy the phone because an iphone 11 pro in excellent condition for $376 seemed a bit too good to be true. Upon arrival i was surprised, the phone looked completely new. BUT, when setting up the phone i ran into a problem with updating the phone to the latest IOS, but with some help from going onto BackMarket and troubleshooting in which they actually helped me resolve the updating issue, I think this phone is completely new and absolutely worth the price.

    Over all it was a good buying and customer service experience, but I was disappointed with the phone’s appearance. I paid for “excellent” condition, but the sides of the phone were covered in scratches. They offered me a partial refund to save me the hassle of returning it and buying another phone in the meantime, but I would have preferred to get the quality of phone I paid for in the first place, without the hassle. I wasn’t confident that if I bought another phone it would arrive in the condition I paid for anyway, since it didn’t happen the first time.
