    I received the phone on time as expected, however when I charged up the battery (which was totally flat) I was presented with Chinese Symbols and Options I needed to select to move past the welcome screen. The phone was setup as default language General Chinese and required another iPhone to identify the probable menu selections to get past the first screen and into settings to guess which menu item to select to be able to change/add the language English (Australian) so I could then understand the system and setup for my needs. Frustrating but I eventually sorted it out. The battery is not holding charge as well as I would expect for the condition options I selected.
