Nothin much to say. You guys were professional in delivering the phone. I also took a look at the phone’s cleanliness, there was a bit of built up dust surrounding the cameras but that was an easy fix. Other than that, well done. I’m 100% buying from your website again in the future.

Mmm 1 out of 5 from me. Well the phone arrived and it looked good. First thing I noticed was the new screen warning saying not genuine. Ok I can live with that as it is a refurbished phone. Then the phone started to overheat and the battery lasted one day. So I went and got a new battery put in it for $170. Phone still keeps overheat and shutting down. So I took it back to the battery place who were very nice and swapped out the battery for another new one, thinking it could have been dodgy. They tested the old battery and told me it’s fine. So it looks as though I have spent $574 on a dodgy refurbished phone that just keeps overheating and shutting down. Now I know they will read this and go please contact us. But no. And no I can’t send my phone back for repair etc as I cannot be without a phone for that long. So if you read this and want to help. Send me another phone of the same value and a return repaid envelope then I will be more than happy. But no not happy.
