The phone was working perfectly at first but after a couple of days it locked me out and even the code l put in didn't work and there was no way l could get in . I tried to look where to get in touch with you and couldn't find anything. I took the phone to a nice man l know and he took it back to factory start and l put everything back in again . It was good for a day and looked again . He did it again and l just use fingerprint and pattern to get into my phone and so far is okay. I would have got in touch with you if l could . I did try and they said it wasn't there department.

I was initially sent the wrong model and it took quite a while to return it and get a new one delivered. Ultimately the phone I got was great quality with very good battery life left, and the Customer Support process was very easy and they communicated well. My negative review is only really related to how long it took to rectify the first error and get the correct phone into my hands.

Ordering from backmarket has been the biggest joke. I've ordered a phone about 2 months ago as mine broke and thought I was going to receive it a week later. Turns out I spent 1 month and a half without a phone dealing with the post and backmarket customer service... Once I finally got a refund and ordered a new Iphone I got a white instead of a black that I paid extra for and the phone hasn't been cleaned at all... Anyway it's one of the most disapointing purchase I've made.
