The customer service was incredible. Adrian from Exyon (Melbourne) was super helpful and couldn't do enough to help me. He was very quick for replies. Kind and genuinely helpful on phone calls. 100/10 would recommend. The phone it's self was perfect. My only issue was my own error ordering the wrong GB which Adrian helped me with!

Delivered to Sydney within three days - clean, well-packed phone and charger cable, ready to go. Works well and a great improvement on my old iPhone6S. Good value for money. Could do with some basic first instructions on suddenly having to enter new passwords in a rather new environment. Otherwise excellent service, I would recommend.

They sent me the correct phone model but it was not the correct colour. I decided to send it back and once they received it, they rang me and told me they had no black iPhone 15 Pro Maxes at all. Very disappointing, though I did receive my refund within 2-3 days.

Fantastic the watch is working well and I’m still learning about all the different things that it does. I’m sure that one day I’ll completely master it.

Easily fitted, good product

The buying experience is was easy enough, the product however is glitchy and the screen sometimes doesn’t respond. Preloved item am not surprised but still frustrating to say the least.

Better than I thought. Exceptional condition for the prices. Good surprise with the case.
