    Got it in perfect condition. Really happy with the product. Initially ordered a Grey one but they send me a perfect condition Silver one with 93% battery health! Even they sent me a little note mentioning me that. Did not expect to get a one with above 90% battery health. Really happy!

    I can’t say enough good things…. Quality of product was incredible (we purchased “excellent” condition) The only thing that I could pick up was a tiny bit or ware on the space bar. Runs perfectly, looks great, wrong charger was accidentally sent and was immediately fixed. Service from help was outstanding, warm and kind.     I didn't know what to expect; the quality of the iPad was superb! I was a little wary of refurbishment, but I would highly recommend it; the price of iPads is way too high, and a lot of people get ones that have far more features than they will ever use. Students and mums with young children should consider this store when they next need one for school or just for playing games.

    It’s working well. Had to reconfigure (?) the Touch Bar when I first got it to check it was a genuine part so I guess that was the refurbished bit.. It went OK, but I did have one day when the Touch Bar wouldn’t display until I did a restart , so that was weird, but other than that, so far so good.
