    I didn't know what to expect; the quality of the iPad was superb! I was a little wary of refurbishment, but I would highly recommend it; the price of iPads is way too high, and a lot of people get ones that have far more features than they will ever use. Students and mums with young children should consider this store when they next need one for school or just for playing games.

    iPad never arrived. Order was never despatched. 3 online requests for a refund or new order to be despatched. Every time I just get told “we’re very sorry, we’re contacting the seller if no response we’ll issue refund within 24-48hrs”. This has happened three times and still no refund or iPad. And too rub in now I receive an email asking for a review of my experience and how is my my new iPad? Absolutely terrible company, worst customer service. Its just a scam!!

    Great price on the laptop, I'm assuming the price was low because you can see faded stickers on the unit. However that doesn't bother me at all, unit in great condition, work great so far, no issues.
