I needed another phone quickly as my usual phone needed repair. The Motorola E13 has been àn admirable substitute.

Item was received in good condition and no issues so far. There was a bit of a delay with shipping from the supplier end but the BackMarket customer service sorted it out! Will definitely use the service again in future :)

The phone looked almost brand new apart from the dust in the dust around the camera module and a cotton ball in the changing port. Got 92% battery which is nice, ordered The excellent version so that should be a given. Overall happy with the purchase but can be patchy considering some bad reviews as well. My phone is great but that doesn’t mean guaranteed quality assurance as this platform has thurd party players listing devices. Would recommend but keep in mind the risks

The quality of the phone is like perfect, 100% battery health and no scratches. It also came 3 days earlier than expected. The box was a little beat up but just on the corner. Also came with a 20w charging brick along side the cord in the box
