Arrived quickly. A button on the remote was not working, however the customer service team was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped resolve the issue quicker than I could have asked for. My experience has been absolutely fantastic, I thought I had an issue with my purchase so I requested for support and within a few hours I got a response, however I later figured out that it wasn't an issue with my purchase it was just me not not knowing how to use the item and despite me taking forever to get back to the support team they were super supportive and helpful throughout this whole ordeal. So yes I will must definitely be shopping here again and I have already told many people about this site and how amazing they are.

Good price and quick delivery. Console runs normally, though the controller did have an issue where the middle touch pad came loose after a week of no issues because some of the clips holding it down had snapped - easily fixed with some super-glue to the pins but buyers be aware that parts sent may be hiding poor condition inside. Otherwise everything is great!

The console was great, no marks of any kind that I could see. The controller however, was unusable. The start/option button wasn't working, and either did the triangle button or the R1 and R2 triggers. Forced me to go buy a brand new controller, since I couldn't be bothered going through all the BS of sending it back and getting a new one.
