I purchased the ‘fair condition’ version of the 2017 MacBook Pro last week and was so incredibly happy with the product I received! Despite the minor and hardly noticeable signs of use, the laptop looks, feels and operates like it’s practically new. Additionally, the quality of service and updates from the back market team was also very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. I find it very hard to source a reliable and efficient second hand technology store without feeling some sense of dread, but back market definitely rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. It also arrived earlier than anticipated - so a definite plus. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

The device was in very good condition. No marks at all. The charging cable is old and bent a bit at the connection point but it still works so it's no drama. Everything went smoothly, from the order process, to delivery, to setting everything up. Thank you!

I’m so so happy with my purchase and the product received! I can say that besides being a little bit “dirty” in some keys (I cleaned it easily) this computer is in a PERFECT condition! Works amazingly and I have 0 complaints so far (I’ll keep using it and see how it goes). Only detail is that it came with the Apple adaptor but NOT with the original Apple cable (and can cause issues when charging) so, have that in consideration and maybe buy the original cable so you can avoid any inconvenience 🤍. I’ll absolutely use BackMarket again, this is an absolute goldmine!

As much as I prefer my 2012 MacBook, for the price I can't fault the quality of this newer MacBook. The customer service was also second to none. When it comes time to update my phone, or any other devices, I will definitely be using Back Market. Thankyou!

MacBook Pro is in excellent shape love it but the battery needs to be replaced as it’s charge isn’t good but otherwise it’s fantastic

I'm pretty impressed after a couple of weeks of use. 'Some wear and tear' was only one single letter on the keyboard that has the surface scratched, plus some light surface marks on the outside. The laptop is quick, super functional and it's hard to notice that it's a refurb, other than those aesthetics, so far.
