Super happy with the phone and I have recommended Backmarket to friends / fam. Ordered the “Good” condition and honestly, it’s near perfect! Only one small scratch on the screen but can’t even see that when it’s on. Battery health is great also at 93%. Have ordered with Back Market in the past and will continue to order through them! Also appreciate the very quick shipping :)

Device arrived as committed and works perfectly.... You would not know it was not 100% new as it was in such good condition.

I thought the battery health would have been a bit better than 80% (normal) for a pristine condition phone. The battery only lasts the day and has to be charged every night. A lot of money for a phone not much better than I had.

First time buyer and was very happy with the quality and the turnaround. Phone is in near perfect condition. Will be purchasing from here from now on and recommending to family and friends!

The overall experience with Back Market has been great. I got my phone even before the expected delivery day, and Customer Service was great when I needed to contact them. The phone I got was in perfect conditions but honestly I was a bit surprised to see the battery's maximum capacity was 90% and I notice it "wears out" pretty fast compared to my last iPhone. I guess this is just the luck of the draw (I selected "Excellent" condition, so I'd definitely recommend spending a bit more and going with "Premium" in order to avoid these small issues). But overall, a great experience :)

Easy transaction, the phone was as described and we saved a few dollars when compared to buying new.
