at first it was very great, looked brand new. but after a day or two, notifications kept popping up and couldn't click out of it. pretty much was locked out of the phone then. after looking online and resetting the phone, it worked again and so far has been working well since then.. maybe a week or two.

I won't lie I was kinda unsure if I should buy the phone because an iphone 11 pro in excellent condition for $376 seemed a bit too good to be true. Upon arrival i was surprised, the phone looked completely new. BUT, when setting up the phone i ran into a problem with updating the phone to the latest IOS, but with some help from going onto BackMarket and troubleshooting in which they actually helped me resolve the updating issue, I think this phone is completely new and absolutely worth the price.

The gray one was already sold. So they rang me and asked would I would be happy with the gold version. Same price, all good, well pleased, thank you!

Perfect product as described

The phone arrived after 2 weeks and not only the wrong colour it turns off randomly all the time. Waste of money and don't even try and get though to customer service, I was unable to log on and cannot contact anyone. Waste of $400.

No worries, works like a charm

Hi I have received the phone and have been using it for the last 2 days - there are significant issues with the phone. The camera is not right and the touch screen doesn't work half the time. I would like to please arrange a replacement and will send this one back to you.

Very disappointed and angry the screen is not original Apple as well as the battery which only lasts 2 hours. The battery condition was 91 percent after 2 weeks of use it is only 87 percent

Ordered 11 pro and paid more to get brilliant condition one. And the battery health is 86%. This is not brilliant.
