    First-time customer on Black Market - and I'll be back! IPAD arrived in lighting fast time in exactly the working condition as advertised. I'd looked around for similar models to buy second-hand privately but decided to go with the security of the warranty issued by Black Market. Very pleased with my choice to use Black Market.

    Great product and hasty delivery but I made a mistake with the delivery address and there was no way to change it as the link wasn’t working properly. Overall I think that my experience was very good.

    Item is in good condition, very happy with it. Only disappointment was that the charging cable was a generic brand version, and no charging brick was included. I didn't need a new one anyway but that was the only thing that took away from this product. Everything else is top notch!

    Most impressed with the professional appearance of packaging. Looked like a brand new model from Apple! IPad itself is unmarked, so even looks like a new one.
