Hi, Samsung galaxy S21 is great phone, no scratches in great condition. Travelling soon for a long time, bit worried about having to charge it all the time, that's what happened to my Samsung galaxy S11.

Really happy. Great deal and have had for a couple of weeks and hasn't glitched or shown any signs of fault. Have had previous bad experiences with other second hand phones but not this one!. Absolute winner! Thanks heaps Back Market!

I love my "new" phone. It feels so good that it's recycled at a fraction the price of a new phone, reducing waste, AND the phone is like new - not a scratch, and the functionality is guaranteed. I ordered express post for only $8 and it arrived in 2 days. Back Market was so efficient, it was carefully packaged with a a cable. I recommend Back Market and will use them again - eventually !

Brought a s21 for my daughter. Being the good condition option we were expecting a few scratches on the body and screen, to our surprise it was in perfect condition. The battery was dead when it first arrived which we liked so we could fully charge it right from the start. It holds battery well. She only has to charge it every second day and is on it quite a bit, as with any teenager. Delivery was also really quick. Came within two days of ordering. We will definitely be buying from here again for future phones and maybe other products.
