Hello. Firstly, I'm 65 years old which means I'm from the pre-mobile phone generation. I decided to buy this phone to replace my Nokia 2.3 ( which was not functioning properly.) This new phone improves on it in every way. The screen resolution is much better, the display is easier to see in sunlight etc. etc. I opted for the premium version and the phone looks just like a brand new one. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this phone. Thank you.

I'm happy the phone condition is as described and everything seems to work well. I didn't expect it to be an American model and heard it can affect 5G connection it seems good so far though so hopefully doesn't pose any issues

Good value for money. Love that the phones are repurposed. They are great phones. I had to buy a better charger but that was no problem. The phone shop were amazed at the bargain I got for my Samsung. Keep up the good work Back Market!

Item was as per advertised. I didn't realise it was an ex AT&T phone so it has there apps on it that cannot be uninstalled. Regardless, the phone works, is in good condition, and is unlocked for use in Australia

Great perfect functionality just one complaint. I would have liked to know whether or not the chips etc was exynose or snapdragon as I would have preferred the snapdragon one.

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my wife. I grabbed one randomly and had little trouble setting it up apart from some difficulty changing the temp from F to C. Someone else set up my wife's phone, and later she complained of all the unknown contacts on it. I had to do the factory reset you should have done.

Phone works great, other than the very small chip and hairline Crack that you can barely see when the screen is dark.

Was clean and as new as advertised. Very Happy with SW21+ which has features I needed over and above my previous Galaxy A14.
